  • Services are performed with industry-standard products and techniques. However, results may vary based on vehicle age, condition, and material sensitivity.

🧼 Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections.

  • Paint correction, ceramic coatings, and other specialty services may require multiple treatments and are subject to environmental factors.

🔐 Valuables & Personal Items

  • Clients are responsible for removing all valuables and personal items prior to service. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

🌧️ Weather & Environmental Conditions

  • Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control.

📜 No Warranties

  • The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the durability, longevity, or performance of detailing results beyond the date of service.

Terms and Conditions – Baranan Luxury Auto Care

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Baranan Luxury Auto Care ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or receiving services, the customer ("Client," "you") agrees to the following terms:

 

🧼 1. Services Provided

Baranan Luxury Auto Care offers mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washes, interior cleaning, paint protection, and specialty treatments. Services are performed at the Client’s location, provided it is safe, accessible, and within our designated service area.

 

📍 2. Service Area

Our mobile services are available to Northern Virginia. Locations outside this area may incur additional travel fees or may not be eligible for service.

 

💳 3. Pricing & Estimates

All listed service prices are starting rates and do not constitute a binding quote.

  • A mandatory in-person inspection is required before any service is performed.

  • Final pricing is determined based on the vehicle’s condition, service complexity, and customer preferences.

  • No work will begin without customer approval of the final estimate.

  • This process ensures transparent, fair, and customized pricing for every client.

 

📅 4. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or authorized booking platform.

  • Clients must ensure vehicle accessibility and availability at the scheduled time.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

🚫 5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of prepaid services.

 

🛠️ 6. Service Limitations

Baranan Luxury Auto Care does not perform mechanical repairs, bodywork, or paint correction beyond cosmetic detailing.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle’s condition poses safety risks or exceeds the scope of our detailing capabilities.

  • We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections, especially those that are permanent or deeply embedded.

 

🚗 7. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Clients must disclose any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or aftermarket modifications.

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from poor vehicle condition, hidden defects, or pre-existing issues.

  • We take reasonable precautions but are not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.
