Refund Policy - the basics

💳 All Sales Are Final

  • Payments for detailing services, packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed or the service is rendered.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session or a rescheduling fee, depending on the service type.

🚫 No Refunds for Missed Appointments

  • If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, and no prior notice is given, the appointment will be considered a no-show and non-refundable.

🎟️ Package Deals

  • Multi-session packages (e.g. 5 or 10-detail packages) are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Packages are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

🛠️ Service Satisfaction

  • If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a touch-up or corrective service at no additional cost.

📍 Service Area Limitations

  • Mobile detailing is available within our designated service area. If a location falls outside this zone, additional travel fees may apply. These fees are also non-refundable once confirmed.
